With 2020 continuing to be a very strange year we decided that a short break
during the October halfterm would be much needed. We originally thought
about a return to the Jurassic Coast on the south coast of the mainland,
somewhere we visited in 2018, but eventually decided on trip to the Isle of
Wight giving Matt a last chance for a ride on the Island Line vintage 1938
trains before they are retired at the end of the year.

following us on this adventure, see below for the planned schedule. As we
progress through the trip each blog will be linked from the schedule.
